This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Please note:

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Occasionally, delays in processing may occur due to high order volume or supplier restocking.
2. Shipping Times
Evivor operates under a dropshipping fulfillment model, which means that products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses located in Europe, the United States, or Asia, depending on product availability.
Estimated delivery times:

Spain & Europe: 7–15 business days

United States: 8–18 business days

Latin America: 10–20 business days

Rest of the World: 10–25 business days
Please note that these are estimated times and may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal services, or external factors beyond our control (such as strikes or natural events).
3. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch.
If your tracking number does not show movement after several days, please contact our support team at evivor@proton.me for assistance.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Evivor Wellness LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied to your order upon arrival in your country.
All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please verify your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is refused, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Evivor is not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order does not arrive within 30 business days from the shipping date, please contact us.
We will open a claim with our logistics partners to track and resolve the issue.
In cases where the shipment is confirmed as lost, a replacement or refund will be issued according to our Refund Policy.
7. Pre-Order & Split Shipments
If an item is out of stock or on pre-order, this will be indicated on the product page or in your order confirmation.
We may ship items separately if you purchase multiple products that are fulfilled from different warehouses.
You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) or countries under international trade restrictions.
